How to Order

Ordering your wedding stationery is an important step and certainly not a ‘pop it in the shopping basket and see what turns up on the doorstep’ kind of choice.
Fortunately, our ordering process is not only quick and simple but gives you the confidence to know you’ll be completely happy with your order, if not over the moon, dancing around the kitchen table!
We’ve put together these easy to follow steps to help you place your order:

1 - Browse our collection here

2 - Choose the design(s) you are interested in

3 - You can request up to x3 unpersonalised samples here

Once you are happy with your final design choice, just email us with:

4 - The quantity of each item needed (approx. is fine)

5 - The ink or foil colour

6 - The card stock colour

We will then send you back a quote and if you are happy with this, we can take:

7 - A small deposit (by bank transfer) to cover our artwork time

8 - Your delivery address and contact phone number

9 - Your wording for each item

We will then send you back PDF proofs to view on screen and approve / amend. We kindly ask that your supplied wording is as accurate as possible to avoid too many additional proofs. (Please ensure you thoroughly check your proofs, as any errors that have been overlooked will appear on your final printed stationery. The responsibility of checking proofs lies firmly with the client.)

Once you are completely happy with the artwork proofs we will take the remaining balance and book your order in to print. It really is that simple.

FOIL BLOCKED TURNAROUND TIME:
Turnaround time on producing traditionally foil blocked stationery after approval of artwork is approx. 10-20 working days from receipt of payment (UK only).

DIGITAL PRINT TURNAROUND TIME:
Turnaround time on producing digitally printed stationery after approval of artwork is approx. 7-15 working days from receipt of payment (UK only). Table plans / welcome signs 2-5 working days and will arrive separately.
Please allow 15-20 working days for hand finished items like gold leafing and calligraphy.

DELIVERY P+P:
All orders are sent on a tracked 1-2 day courier service (UK only).
